Landlord and letting agents registration scheme

Additional Information

All private residential landlords should mabe made to register with their local authority, This will stop tenants being bullied, intimidated and being harrased by rogue landlords and letting agents, this does happen, more than you would think.
Compulsary registration would promote better tenants and better landlords and agents alike.
Currently there are no compulsary registration schemes and this needs changing now.
