Fireworks to only be set off on bonfire night, diwali and new year.
A blanket ban on setting off fireworks at any date other than those already listed, without written consent from everyone in hearing range of said fireworks.
I would like the government to step in to prevent the annual slew of explosions which go off without cause for well over a week before guy fawkes night.
They are a nuisance noise, which is almost impossible to drown out. Any other circumstances where people were creating such a loud noise would be classed as nuisance.
This doesn't even take into account the damage it causes to veterans suffering from PTSD, as well as animals. There is no reason to allow them on any day before the 5th November.
