A victim should not have to suffer financially if a car is stolen or uninsured
I have been victim to having to pay for my car via insurance because an individual had stolen a car and then while my car was parked, they damaged my car. I am now having to accept liability in order to get financial support to solve the issue.
There should be a law or a charity that will take responsibility if the police are unable to catch the culprit. I should not be the victim that has to pay for anything.
Insurance companies should not be allowed to void insurance for a vehicle if the individual is not in the car.
