Allow to change visa from tier 4 to tier 2.
Need to allow visa holder of tier4 to change the visa in tier2. Need to change the replace this rule people can change the visa from tier4 to tier2. Old government was change the rule.
If, the rule will change then government will get more tax. As per rule a tier4 visa holder can change the visa into tier2. But old government was change it.

Tier 4 visas are now called student visas, and tier 2 visas are now called skilled worker visas. You can find information about how you can switch to a skilled worker visa from a student visa, here www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/switch-to-this-visa.
