Fireworks Safety: Individuals must obtain a safety certificate before purchasing fireworks
Limited Sales Locations: Fireworks should be sold only at select licensed vendors
Notification of Display: Organizers must inform residents within a radius about fireworks displays, including date and time
Physical Danger: Irresponsible use of fireworks can cause serious injuries, posing risks to both users and bystanders.
Wildlife and Pets: Fireworks disrupt wildlife, causing disorientation and nest abandonment, and many pets suffer anxiety, leading to injuries and escapes.
Environmental: Fireworks contribute to air and noise pollution leaving harmful residues to contaminate soil and waterways.
Mental Health: Loud explosions trigger anxiety and distress in individuals with mental health problems.
