Ban the sale of and use of fireworks
Fireworks are the most pointless obnoxious think and serve no positive purpose. They cause distress to animals, noise pollution, are dangerous, and incite anti social behaviour.
Just ban them, what is the point of them, once you've seen one you've seen them all. The funds spent on public displays could be spent better. And individuals should t be able to purchase them for private use full stop.
