Make fireworks illegal
You should make fireworks illegal on normal days and only make them legal for bonfire night so owners can prepare there dogs for this night
You should do this for the dogs and old people
Dogs are absolutely terrified of fireworks this makes them shake uncontrollably and very worried therefore you should make them illegal my next point is old people, this makes old people shake uncontrollably and very worried and confused especially when they are on their own
