Raise the maximum assisted speed to 20mph for E-bikes

Petition Details

I want to increase the speed that E-Bikes can receive assistance from the motor up to 20mph instead of 15.5mph.

We think it is a small change that will make a big difference to many people and will not compromise on safety.
