To be flexible in applying EU law like other EU countries.
Implementation of EU law is much more "flexible" in other countries. For example, when France was told it had to privatise its Railways, it privatised the engineering workshops. Its seems to be just the UK which wants to shoot itself in the foot. Is the UK government here to support the UK or not?
