Call an immediate referendum for Proportional Representation
The 2024 election showed our voting system silences millions. We call on the Labour Party to call an immediate referendum on proportional representation, ensuring Parliament reflects actual votes. It’s time for fair representation and a true democracy where every voice matters.
The recent election has exposed the failings of our voting system, where millions of voices go unheard. The Labour Party, as a 'party for the people', must call an immediate referendum on proportional representation. This change would ensure Parliament mirrors the true vote share, making every vote count. PR means fairer, more inclusive governance that represents all views. Let’s stand for a real democracy, one that reflects the will of the people and gives everyone a voice in Parliament.
