Petition Action

Criminalise individuals for discrimination against disabled employees in UK.

Petition Details

I would like the Government to criminalise individuals for discrimination against disabled employees in workplaces in the UK.

Additional Information

Claimants should be able to pursue offenders in criminal court, facing fines, criminal records, and public accountability through DBS checks and transparent references. I urge the government to enhance protections alongside the Equality Act 2010. Support this petition to protect disabled workers from future discrimination.
