Ban ALL Stick on Covers for Windscreens.

We think all Stick on covers must be Banned on Safety Grounds, they Hide the Faces of who is driving which could be Criminals, Cameras might not Identify who was Driving and if they were on Phones or other Items, we think it should not be Allowed.

Additional Information

We want to ban All Vehicles from Covering the Windscreen, we think you Must be able to see who is Driving, and cameras must be able to see. At this time we think Criminals can Hide themselves Behind them.
