Petition Details

Millions of Penalty Charge Notices are sent out to motorists each year. We believe it is a human right to have the opportunity to question the evidence including by requiring the attendance of the author of a witness statement pertaining to a traffic camera.

Additional Information

We think some PCNs being overturned shows how important this is.
