To introduce menstrual health lessons in all schools.
To educate children/teens on menstrual health in schools. Also to educate teens on all the different menstrual health conditions and to help to recognise them and seek medical advise regarding these if they recognise the symptoms they are having are not normal.
Menstrual health needs more recognition in the education sector.
It's important for young girls to recognise and understand how the menstrual cycle works.
Also to recognise and understand menstrual health conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, pmmd.
Recognising symptoms of what is normal and what isn't. This can help with diagnosing these conditions and getting the medical attention that's needed.
