Reduce Child Benefit Costs

Additional Information

I want the government to immediately stop paying child benefits to any child born where there are more than 3 children in the family.

Also to pay in full for the first child, 75% on the second child and 50% on the 3rd child with nothing payable after that.

To be effective immediately so there is no rush to have a child before a deadline.
