Petition Action

Legalise marijuana. Introduce a tax and require a license to sell it.

Petition Details

Introduce license for growing, producing and selling marijuana plants and products. Tax it and sell it in dispensaries.

Additional Information

The legalisation will minimise crimes and antisocial behaviour involving marijuana. It will require sensible and responsible individuals to have a license too sell and produce marijuana, stopping the need for people to commit crime to purchase it and become involved in gang crimes and activity surrounding the growing and selling of marijuana.
