Make it a legal offence for a parent to be absent from their child's life.

Petition Details

We believe that parents should not be able to choose to be absent from the life of their child without clear and enforced legal consequences. I think that usually mothers, but sometimes fathers, can be left to raise the child on their own.

Additional Information

We believe that a parent walking away from their parental responsibilities should be a legal offence.
