Require rent increases to be based on inflation and salaries, freeze for 3 years

Petition Details

I call on the Government to place a limit on increases to rent for lettings or landlords, with no possibility to increase rent for the next 3 years. Also, strengthen requirements around landlords communicating with tenants to make them effective.

Additional Information

We think it would help reduce homelessness.
