Allow English rugby players who play abroad to play for England
Some English players such as Toby Flood, who now plays for the French team Toulouse, are no longer allowed to play for England due to RFU rulings.
This should be changed for England to truly do well in the future in International rugby as we are the only team with this rule.
This petition hopes to stop that rule and enable he England Rugby Union team to become even better in the future
