Change the capital city to Chester.
Change the capital city from London in the south to Chester in the north.
Chester is rich with heritage and a worthy candidate to be a capital city. If it were to happen it would boost the economy of the north as a result.

We could accept a petition calling for central Government departments and Parliament, which is what normally determines which city is regarded as a country's capital, to Chester, if that is what you want to happen.
