Increase the threshold at which points are taken from a driving licence.
Change the threshold at which points are taken off a driving licence.
Because a regular urban driver is much more likely to lose a a license by multiple minor infringements when the offence seems easily committed. With all good intentions, it is very hard to continually abide the 20mph limit however hard one tries and taking points for 24 mph seems a bit ridiculous.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. This petition does not state what specific changes it would like the Government or Parliament to make and it is unclear what is meant by having “points taken off.”
Current regulations state that exceeding the speed limit can result in 3-6 points: www.gov.uk/penalty-points-endorsements/endorsement-codes-and-penalty-points
You could submit a petition calling for specific changes to the law on how speeding offences are prosecuted or the relevant penalties.
