Ban Bailiffs, for a fairer alternative.

Additional Information

From the excessive fees which make small charges unpayable to the intimidating presence of many of these agressive collectors, Bailiff collections should be banned.
There should be a debate about alternatives, with more emphasis being put onto the responsibility of lenders and finding more realistic budgets for repayments.
In 21st century Britain surely sending commission hungry meatheads to the homes of those poor and vulnerable is wrong?
