Remove 20 mph speed limits across London.
Remove the unreasonably imposed 20 mile an hour zones in London and reinstitute their former speed limits. Remove the disproportionate three points given to drivers for small contraventions of the 20 mile speed limit since their creation retrospectively, to one point.
