Vehicles to slow down and move over for all vehicles stopped at side of the road
Motorists to slow down & move over for all vehicles stopped at side of the road which have flashing red, blue or yellow lights. Drivers must reduce speed approaching a stationary vehicle on/beside a road & has its lights flashing. 2+ lanes going in the same direction drivers must move over 1 lane
Make the roads safer for emergency services, breakdown/recovery services, maintenance workers and general road users
