We call upon the Prime Minister to recommend the Award of a Posthumous George Cross to Mr Alan Henning, recently murdered whilst carrying out humanitarian aid in the Middle East.
Whilst this will not return Mr Henning to his family and friends, it may provide them with some comfort and signify the Nation's admiration and sympathy,
