All Owners Should Hold a LICENCE to Own Any Pet!

Additional Information

I propose to bring in paid licencing of all pet animals.

Hopefully through this it would tackle many problems from easily tracing lost or stolen dogs owners to preventing people who cannot afford or have the proper time and means to sufficiently house, train and raise an animal to not get one in the first place hence cutting down the numbers of those who are abused, abandoned, left in animal shelters and are allowed/made to attack other pets,

Please support my suggestion and help tackle the vast problem of animal cruelty, over breeding, homelessness etc in the UK!!
