Mandatory for UK companies to work with businesses that endorse the 9am
Preservation of Cultural Norms: The 9am start time is deeply ingrained in the UK's professional culture. By requiring recruitment services to partner with businesses that value this tradition, we safeguard a key element of our national identity.
Support for Traditional Businesses: Many established and successful businesses operate on a 9am-5pm schedule. Mandating the use of "9am-loving" businesses ensures that these companies are not disadvantaged in the recruitment process.
