Bicycle registration plates

Additional Information

It should be made compulsory for all bicycles to have some kind of ID/registration plates and insurance when riding on UK roads, so it is possible for the authorities to track down the riders when required. E.g ignoring red lights and other dangerous riding so that fines can be issued
