The 'Rooney Rule'
From my research on the Rooney Rule in America with the NFL, I think that it could be a great success in the UK and our Premiere League. There is a lack of black and Asian managers and coaches in the English football pyramid. It decreases as you go up the pyramid. I believe that this needs to change for the English game to become even more diverse than it already is.
