Make all public sector workers accountable to the taxpayer

Additional Information

All public sector workers, including Quango's, should be legally accountable to the taxpayer and the public sector should not be allowed to use taxpayers money to defend legal actions. Their Unions should foot the bill because these actions would arise from their employment.
