CHANGE THE LAW so that bankers and banks found to have committed criminal offences cannot be protected by judges.

Additional Information

It is immoral that banks and bankers who have committed criminal acts involving other people's money can be protected from being named by judges who are, themselves, in VERY privileged positions, living outside the normal stresses and strains of being ripped off by these people. The ability to order reporting restrictions by judges MUST be restricted to matters of national security and child protection. ALL OTHER CRIMINALS MUST BE NAMED TO THE PUBLIC WHO FUND OUR CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
