Give riot police stun guns / tasers

Additional Information

With the recent out-of-control rioting in London, it's time for something to change. Make tasers a standard part of riot policing equipment. Stun devices will help the police to bring things back under control and they will act as a deterrent. Of course, they should only be used on those actively being violent.
