Make it a requirement for employers and recruiters to provide specific reasons for candidate job rejections.

Additional Information

Job applications can be very time consuming for applicants, sometimes taking hours to do applications, assessments, go to interviews. The bland automated rejection email that some employers send out does not provide feedback that candidates can use to improve future job applications. We think it could help unemployment in the UK.
