Install platform edge doors on all National Rail platforms

Additional Information

Deaths on the railways caused by people jumping or failing in front of a train results in trauma for the staff and public involved, and significant disruption to commuters for many hours after an incident.

Installing platform edge doors on all platforms, similar to those installed on the Jubilee underground station, would stop these incidents happening. Roll-out should begin with those stations that have the highest record of incidents occurring.
