Remove the new driving restrictions on Ham Park Road, E7.
Creating huge traffic overflow, and punitively impacting residents of Ham Park road by imprisoning them on their road without a means to exit, or enter, away from mass droves of traffic. Permit holders of Ham Park road remain ineligible to navigate the road they live on.
