Additional Information

Amend the Countryside and Rights of Way (CROW) Act 2000 so that access rights in England and Wales match those in Scotland. We should be allowed to walk, cycle and horse-ride on any footpath, track, open land and canoe/kayak on any waterway. These rights to be matched with same proviso as in the Scottish code that they would exist only if they are exercised responsibly.
