Include a "Right to food and water" in the Human Rights Act 1998

Additional Information

Due to increase of usage of food banks, increased homelessness and individuals who are just doing their best to get by. Look into which places are socioeconomically deprived and this could boost those areas mental health if they have a good standard to living thus you would hope this takes pressure off health services like NHS for illness and poor mental health. Provide a food service for those struggling to live adequately.
