Ban parents driving their kids to school in Hemel Hempstead

Additional Information

Commuting via personal transport or public transport is being affected in peak times by parents driving their children to school. Congestion is rife in Hemel Hempstead at peak times. I want to ban parents driving their kids to school. If the kids are able to walk or use public transport then they should. I used to walk 2 miles to my school back and forth for 7 years.
