Reduce stamp duty for additional property & reinstate multiple dwellings relief
To reduce Stamp Duty for any additional property to 3%, rather than 5% to 15%, and reinstate the multiple dwelling relief.
Because we believe the Government are making it more difficult for the landlords to buy and offer opportunities for rental properties.
