Change the threshold for Historic (Classic) vehicles to 25 years or less

Petition Details

The current threshold is 40 years or more. We wish to change this to 25 years. This would be for both the MOT and Tax rules.

Additional Information

We believe vehicles are not built to last as long as they used to. We believe 25 years would be more reflective of when cars should be considered as a historic or a classic vehicle.
