Wayne Rooney should be forced to wear a wig during England games

It is obvious that Wayne Rooney does not have the scalp environment to grow and maintain healthy hair.

His hair transplant hair is now all but gone and we think he should accept life as a bald man, or be a beacon of life for all toupe wearing men in Britain.

This pertition is to force Wayne Rooney to wear a wig in all England games, to achieve the worldwide exposer that bald men deserve!

We also feel that this bring a welcome boost to the betting industy, creating a whole new market of ingame betting of when will be the next time that his wig falls off.

This will also give our beloved Ray Winstone a much needed income boost during his twilight years.
