Introduce ZERO TOLERANCE POLICING in London.

It is suggested that a policy of zero tolerance policing is introduced in London following recent riots.
The safety and prosperity of the peaceful majority must be put before the wants / needs of the violent minority.
Zero tolerance was imposed in New York to great effect, could it do the same here?
