Review the case for building 90,000 social rent homes across England
It has been argued that government should build 90,000 social rent homes a year. We think the Government should conduct a review into the case for doing so.
Analyse possible impacts relating to:
Corporation Tax
Income Tax
VAT
Temporary accommodation cost
Benefits cost
NHS budget
We think there is a compelling financial business case from investing in Social Housing, which we believe is being ignored.
