Members of Parliament should not claim any expenses except rent on a second home
I would like the government to enact the necessary changes to ensure members only claim rent on their second home
I feel the country is in a dire financial situation and they should set a goood example

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government.
