Make CCTV mandatory in specialist provision.
To ensure that those who are the most vulnerable in society are protected from harm and abuse.
Children/ young adults who are disabled may not be able to voice abuse and harm. Therefore it is vital for CCTV to be installed within all specialist provision.
Children are at risk by CCTV not being put in specialist provision. These people are the most vulnerable in society they should be protected at all costs.
