The West Lothian question and devolved powers

Additional Information

There is discontent after the Scottish referendum and much of that is based on “The West Lothian Question” and devolved powers.
1 MPs whose constituencies lie outwith England stop voting on English affairs.
All the nationalist parties and MPs of all parties from non English constituencies voluntarily stop voting on English affairs this would leave the MPs representing English constituencies voting on English only affairs. This should then be “formalised” as soon as possible.
Given that there is a promise to look at devolved power in England and the rising demand for devolution of power from England's citizens then:
2 The rising demand for devolved power within England be addressed with some urgency.
When the above (1) is achieved, the remit of devolving powers on the same basis could lie within the remit of English constituency MPs as an English only affair, to be ratified by HM Government.

We request that HM Government take steps to implement the above.
