Hold landowners accountable for raptor persecution on their land

Petition Details

I want the government to introduce legislation to protect birds of prey by making the landowner liable if birds of prey are illegally killed on their land.

Additional Information

Currently the gamekeepers might be prosecuted, but I think landowners should be too. We believe that some birds such as hen harriers are becoming critically endangered.
