RAFAC Cadet Brassard and PTS to remain as it is.
Tell HQRAFAC that many cadets feel very disheartened that there qualifications are going to be removed from their uniform and how the cadets had voiced how they wanted the Brassard to look but HQRAFAC chose to change it anyways.
So that the cadets have their uniforms as THEY want them.
