Compel the Prime Minister to answer questions directly at PMQs
Simply be more transparent and honest about key issues (perhaps with exception of national security).
The current format of PMQs allows both obfuscation and distraction which erodes confidence in the integrity of the government.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker personally, and the Prime Minister is responsible for answers to questions.
