Make the following changes law.
Minimum wage should be £7.50 per hour
Maximum working week 35 hours, over time is optional.
Over time begins at the end of each shift and is set at time and a half. Maximum shift 8 hours.
Saturdays are time and a half and Sundays and bank holidays double time. If you work a bank holiday you are entitled to a day in lieu. Minimum holiday entitlement is 35 days per year excluding bank holidays.
Breaks should be as follows for an 8hr shift 1hr, for a 6 hour shift 45 minutes and for a 4 hour shift 15 minutes. If you work two hours overtime you get an extra 15 minute break. All breaks are paid and included as part of the shift.
Unsocial hours are set as 7pm till 7am and all hours worked between these times have a minimum 10% shift bonus added to the hourly rate.
